Shipping Policy

We deliver all across India.

​

We deliver the products within 3-7 days across India,  Due to COVID, you might face some delay in delivering your order, but it will not cross more than 10 days.  

 

Shipping Rates:

​

India    ~ INR 20 FOR PURCHASE OF INR 149 OR   BELOW

            ~ FREE FOR INR 150 & ABOVE

 

Once you place an order, you will receive a call for confirmation from our Customer Service team to finalize order, delivery time and mode of payment.

​

If you enter an incorrect delivery address/contact number, and consequently a parcel is returned to us or is undelivered, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

​

In case of non-availability of the customer at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to contact the customer through call and WhatsApp and further non-availability will lead to automatic rescheduling of the delivery by the Delivery partner as per the day's schedule.

Delivery Schedules

​

Our standard delivery timings are :

​

• 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

• No deliveries on Sunday.

 

All orders received before 2pm will be started processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, will be started processing for the subsequent working day.

​

During promotions & offers, due to large volume of orders, delivery may take extra upto 24-48 hours.

Our customer service will get in touch with you to coordinate once we receive your order.

Cancellations

 

Although we do not encourage cancellation of confirmed orders, under valid circumstances, the customer can request for a cancellation but is subject to approval.

​

In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.
